⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ramen Spot Made in NY has quickly become one of my favorite ramen places in NYC. Every bowl I’ve had here has been consistently delicious, and this visit was no exception. The broth was rich, flavorful, and well-balanced without being overly salty, while the noodles had the perfect texture and held up beautifully until the last bite. The chashu was incredibly tender, and the toppings were fresh and thoughtfully prepared. You can really tell that a lot of attention goes into every bowl. I also appreciated that the portions were generous and everything arrived piping hot. Beyond the food, the restaurant has a clean, cozy atmosphere that’s perfect for a casual meal. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Long Island City has no shortage of great restaurants, but Ramen Spot definitely stands out. Whether you’re craving a comforting bowl of ramen or introducing someone to Japanese ramen for the first time, this is a place I’d happily recommend. I’ll definitely be back to work my way through more of the menu.

Popcorn Shrimp Rating 7.9/10 Came fresh and hot. The sauce was slightly tangy and sweet. Well covered (I’m a sauce fiend) the shrimp was crispy but the mayonnaise based sauce softened the exterior a bit. Still a decent crunch though. Enough shrimp to share for two people it comes on a bed of a spring salad and the sauce is close enough to a French dressing that you can eat it all. Wagyu Ramen 7.5/10 Broth was creamy and rich the wagyu gave it a buttery note. The salinity was balanced well. The noodles had a nice chew, but were slightly bland. the wagyu was not overly marbled. But the highlight of the bowl was the cucumber . It was slightly sweet and was a nice contrast to the saltiness of the broth. Not that it was salty. Overall Experience: 7.5

The tonkotsu ramen was so good! Came out super quick, fresh, and hot. Perfect for a chilly night out. Also got the white peach soju which was super light and refreshing

Such a great find on a very cold day post Trader Joe’s. I was craving for Ramen and was looking up what was showing with great reviews in the area and so glad I went for it. Staff and service were nice and warm. I ordered takoyaki and they were pretty good. But it was the Pork Tonkotsu Ramen that stole the show. The broth was delicious and the portions were generous. Definitely a spot that I would like to come back to soon.

This ramen spot in Long Island City is hands down the best ramen I’ve ever had. My mom lives in the area and has been telling me about this place, so while visiting her with my sister and brother-in-law from South Dakota, we all decided to try it together. I used to live in LIC as well, so it was nice coming back and discovering this gem. I’ve tried ramen spots all over Manhattan, Flushing, and different parts of Queens, but this place really stands out. Everything was perfect—from the broth to the noodles to the toppings. I ordered the Tonkotsu ramen. My mom and sister both had the Wagyu ramen, and my fiancé and brother-in-law ordered the Spicy Miso ramen. Every single bowl was amazing. We also ordered the takoyaki, which was delicious, and the pork buns and shrimp buns—honestly, the best buns I’ve ever had anywhere, including other ramen spots. They were so good that I ordered another pork bun because one was definitely not enough 😂. These are an absolute must-try. The service was excellent. We had a nice little chat with our server, who is from Indonesia—very attentive, caring, and genuinely kind. You can really tell they take care of their customers. Hands down, great servi
